> We were very disappointed. A lot of Little things that added up to a lack of attention to detail.  I had to fight and argue with the PM constantly. Our house is almost 5 years old and the cabinets are pealing - we were told it was because of a solution used to clean our floors (didn't touch the cabinets). When our roof leaked we were told because there was a tennis ball in the gutter (on the opposite side of our house). The wrong windows were put in... The wrong tile... I ran out of enegery to fight to get what I was paying for....  When you go with a high end builder you think you will get quality. Our house value is only $475k... I guess we were just not high end enough...

From selection, to order, to delivery and finally install.  I work closely with the both of them and they are always very pleasant and accommodating.  Being very organized helps with maintaining project deadlines.  Watching them work with their clients, you notice how attentive they are to their needs and wants.  Being versatile in design helps them reach more styles that reflect their clients personality but always keeping in mind the longevity of their home designs.  I would recommend Hartman Homes to anyone looking to build.
