Andrew was great to work with, even though there were two parties involved (the seller and us), he was patient with us. The finished product is very good - there are a few concerns including the quality of the windows that we are still not satisfied with but overall we are very pleased. We did a final walk through with one of the managers, he had mentioned a few things (like a blower for the fireplace) during the walk through but then retracted and stated that was not included, which was disappointing. Once we moved in, we did have some issues with the concrete in our garage and driveway. Andrew stated that the concrete needed to be sealed - even though everyone we talked to stated they had never heard of needing to seal concrete. We stayed in constant contact with Andrew, and he did make it right which was much appreciated. He had the sections of concern re-poured. The contractor who did the floor, did not do that great of a job staining and there were collection pools in several locations - we worked directly with that contractor and they attempted to fix the issue, but not 100% satisfied. Overall the homes is very functional and we are very satisfied. I believe we received better cooperation with Andrew then we would have had with a large builder. I would definitely recommend Martin Homes to anyone looking to build a semi-custom home for a reasonable price. **Comment from Martin Homes, LLC:** > Martin Homes built this house for another party on a management fee basis and did not sell this home. I was unaware there was an issue with your windows and if we need to get a tech from Atrium Windows and doors out there, we can right away. Also, with the hardwood issue, it sounds like maybe it was not the stain but the final coat of polyurethane, would you like me to get my flooring contractor over there to take a look? The driveway started spalling and chipping in the areas where the traffic from the two car garage was going in and out. This has been a common problem in colorado since CDOT started using Mag Chloride. I did explain this in detail. We still ended up tearing out this concrete and re-pouring it, when our warranty was only to our client and spalling of concrete is not covered under this warranty. Andrew Martin walked us through every detail of the building process. Construction was done seamlessly with few problems or delays.
