> Barnett was an absolute dream to work with. We had a large project planned - to turn a cute one-story craftsman home into two stories. We ultimately had to pivot to a smaller renovation, and Barnett easily adapted to our needs and did a fantastic job helping us come up with beautiful, space saving solutions. He’s creative, practical, quick to respond. We’ve recommended him to multiple people already. Hire Barnett - you’ll be so pleased!

> Barnett is professional, direct (but friendly), respectful of your time, and an incredibly talented architect and designer. I've had the pleasure of working with Barnett twice now, and he brings immense value and vision to projects. His eye for detail is something I just could not replicate on my own.
>
> I highly recommend using Barnett. I've worked with other architects, and the difference in service, vision, and execution isn't even close.

> Barnett was a joy to work with. He gave insightful ideas and was very responsive to my questions. He gives amazing attention to all details, is tedious and has tremendous vision for design.
> Thank you, Barnett!

> We are adding an in law suite to our house for my mother in law who is moving up from Clearwater, FL. Barnett made this process extremely smooth and so easy. His ability to capture our needs and implement a plan that is going to be just perfect, is a true gift. If I ever have needs of this nature in the future, I will certainly utilize his services and talent. I highly recommend him!

> Barnett is an amazing designer, and on top of that he truly believes in excellent customer service. Barnett really listened to what we wanted and the process felt like a true collaboration. He came up with the most creative solution for both the functionality we needed and the aesthetic—it was a true transformation that was better than we had imagined. With supply chains being clogged and crews at a premium causing delays, Barnett kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend him!

> Barnett is amazing - a creative and thoughtful designer, kept us up to date throughout the entire process, and is an excellent communicator. We gave Barnett the challenge of designing an addition onto our older ranch home, and are thrilled with the final designs. The results not only met the needs of our growing family, but look better than we could have imagined. And Barnett's knowledge of the industry has helped us understand the complicated process of home renovations. If we ever have another project in mind, Barnett will be the first call!

> Bathroom Remodel - Barnett Adler was referred to me by my neighbor and I couldn't be more pleased with his attention to detail, constructive advice and obvious experience. From our initial phone call, to site visit, and the final product, he listened and took my "word vision" to capture what I had in my head. Customer service is a huge part of what makes his service so valuable as I have never had the opportunity to start a project like this. He's offered to guide me thru the process and help in any way to ensure that the final remodel is exactly what I'm looking for. I've only just begun, but I have full confidence and appreciation for the skills and experience Barnett has to offer and plan on seeking his guidance until the project is completed.

> Barnett has been wonderful to work with. From the first introductory meeting into the build phase Barnett made himself available to answer practical as well as aesthetic/design questions--as we trusted his judgement and taste--and saw how carefully he thought of the design choices for looks and practicality. This was a garage project, but everyone else we spoke to did not seem as interested in honoring the entire home/lot history and vibe. He gets it.

> Barnett was fantastic to work with! He designed our master bathroom remodel and was also the General Contractor. The process started with Barnett getting an understanding of what functionality and aesthetics we wanted in the master bath. We worked together to form the final concept. Then he managed the project from start to finish. Because of how well he managed the schedule, there was very little down time between demolition and finish.
>
> Barnett is incredibly professional and communicative. His budget and timeline were spot on, which is a feat considering the COVID supply chain issues. Barnett managed every detail and ensured that the final product was perfect.

> Barnett has been excellent in guiding me through a whole-house renovation of I home I recently bought, which I describe as a "funky 70s house that needs some love." Barnett initially came out for a consultation while I was still under contract and was able to give to give me quick, general feedback that the changes I wanted to make were feasible design-wise and within the budget I had in mind. He has helped: guide me towards changes that will have the most impact; avoid some changes that will cost more than I expected; choose design elements that are more fun and interesting than I would have picked on my own; made selecting tile, flooring, etc. much easier by helping me narrow my focus; combined his design knowledge with his renovation experience to come up with creative solutions; and relieved a lot of anxiety around managing a large renovation. He also connected me with a good general contractor and is helping me manage the overall construction process. He has done all this while producing concepts, drawings and plans on a quick schedule so I can complete the renovation on-time. Barnett has been responsive, respectful and fun to work with - I look forward to our meetings! Altogether, Barnett has helped me on this project with things I didn't even know I needed help with, and I think I lucked out in finding him when I first went under contract.

**Comment from Barnett Adler:**

> Thanks so much! This has already been a fun project with you, and I know it's going to be a great space once completed!

**★★★★★ — HU-49380608, Jan. 2021**

> Barnett listened to my hopes/dreams/concerns and was thoughtful in our renovation design. I cannot wait to see the final product! Thanks, Barnett!

**★★★★★ — Leslie Schenkel, Jan. 2021**

> We started with a basic question "how can we make this kitchen more functional?" and ended up with a multi purpose entertaining space that checked off all the boxes. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and caliber of craftsmen who helped pull our kitchen remodel together in a short 6 week timeframe and kept us on budget. Working with Barnett and relying on him to coordinate all the moving parts even when I changed my mind about the countertops at the last possible minute was super helpful. Looking forward to our next project together. Seeing the before and after pictures I can't believe it is the same space.
> Thank you. - David and Leslie

## Community Q&A

**Q: Absolute wow** *(in Photo Questions)*

You did it again, Barnett. This room is stunning!

A: thanks for the compliment, Alex 511!

**Q: Beautiful kitchern** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you share the name, material and brand of backsplash?

Thank you in advance.
MS

A: Sorry this question was missed until now. I do not have info on this hand blown tile, but it was bought through Chris Young at Flooring by Design in Durham, NC and I am sure he can help you find it or something similar. Best of luck!

**Q: You nailed it!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi Barnett! There's definite architectural interest now, and that porch is beautiful! Your clients must be thrilled!

A: thanks so much for your nice words; and yes they are very pleased with the change!

**Q: Chairs and project** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi Barnett. Wow! This project came out beautifully! Can you tell me about those dining chairs? I am looking for chairs that are comfortable. Are these comfortable? :-)

A: thanks for the compliments! the chairs are not huge, but are comfortable for a molded 'tub' style chair. I bought the chairs on Gilt, but a quick check found the same chair available at a better price at Overstock. I hope this helps.

**Q: No question** *(in Photo Questions)*

Just a compliment about how beautiful this structure is. Also, your other 3D renderings are amazing!

A: thank you SO much! what a great compliment to receive. If you'd like to see a little more of this project, including the completed house, please feel free to check my website,

and again, thanks so much!

**Q: Outdoor furniture** *(in Photo Questions)*

First of all, the renovations are stunning! My gosh--what an improvement! I love the look of this outdoor furniture. Can you tell me who makes it? It looks comfortable--have you sat on it?

A: thanks so much for your compliments! as happy as I was with the change, what matters is the client was thrilled. the link for the outdoor furniture is below; and yes, I have sat on it. It is low slung ( shorter seating height ) but I find it comfortable and stylish. hope that helps.
