> Be careful of promises made. Ordered a vanity and top in March. Top was promised in April. Delayed. This was understandable given COVID. promised in May. Then June. Then told we could have a quartz top since china top delayed. Picked out a dark gray top. Then told, nope. Off White with specks in it only because  they got a “deal”, even though it would have looked bad. Couldn’t have Dark quartz top. Then told that this is a great company and we should be grateful they were so generous. Will look elsewhere for company that values look and service.

> Ordered two bathroom vanities with under mount sinks and quartz tops. Unfortunately, the wood drawer joins had sloppy fittings with missing sections of wood and the sinks were defective and both leaked due to cracks in one and misshapen drain hole in the other. Very disappointing!

> We installed a Strasser Woodenworks vanity and stone counter with inset basin when we renovated our master bathroom.  It did look BEAUTIFUL.  However, less than a month after the bathroom was finished, I dropped a (almost empty) 4-oz glass perfume bottle into the sink.  The perfume bottle was un-damaged, but the basin sustained a large 3-way crack that goes all the way through the basin and even dislodged 2 pieces of the basin... and now the sink has an ugly crack and leaks.

I would consider the dropping of a perfume bottle into a sink as normal ware and tear, and suspect there is some sort of defect in the sink that would result in such damage.
