There was a leak around one of my windows in my high rise. Maurice came out, looked a the window and the decorative molding, looked at the caulking and sealing, and showed me that the issue was not the installation or the caulking, but the brick and tuckpointing > > That the owner personally came out to inspect 10 year old work was very impressive. Truly a stand up guy. **★★★★★ — sjw824, Aug. 2015** > Thinking about renovating? We highly recommend Forde Windows and Remodeling!!!! They are honest, hardworking, trustworthy and fast. Best of all, they are clean! We lived through a lot of the renovations and have no complaints! I will actually miss having them around!! We renovated our entire house and they were there each step of the way. Maurice, the contractor, takes care of everything for you. We were extremely happy with his subcontractors, such as his plumber, painter and electrician. He is great at communicating when he needs your input or when something comes up. You can expect an easy process when working with them. We highly recommend them! **★★★★ — stodolsky, Feb. 2014** > Forde Windows replaced the dining room and living room windows in our vintage apartment in December. Despite cold, windy weather the installation was completed efficiently. Dust is > part of this kind of project and there was a lot to clean up after the job but the workers had > covered most furniture etc so nothing was seriously soiled. An art object was accidentally damaged but we were reimbursed for it with no hassle. > We have been happy with the windows. They open and close easily and do not have drafts so our apt is warmer than before. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to > others. **★★★★★ — iforde, July 2013** > The kitchen and bath update was beautiful. Mr. Forde and his company were professional and did a great job. They were trustworthy, respectful, budge conscious, on time and always clean!! It was a great a professional experience. I would recommend Forde Windows & Remodeling to others. ## Selected projects - [News](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/news-pj-vj~290063) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [North Suburbs of Chicago Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/north-suburbs-of-chicago-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~290070) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [North Chicago Suburbs Bathroom Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/north-chicago-suburbs-bathroom-remodel-pj-vj~290068) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 7 - [Chicago Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/chicago-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~290101) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~290109) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [North Suburban Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/north-suburban-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~282810) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 10 - [Chicago Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/chicago-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~290090) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 8 - [North Suburban Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/north-suburban-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~290074) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 7 - [Grunman](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/grunman-pj-vj~282772) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Austin](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/austin-pj-vj~282588) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Bays & Bows](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bays-and-bows-pj-vj~282590) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [Burnhart](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/burnhart-pj-vj~282836) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 26 - [Lake Shore Dr.](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lake-shore-dr-pj-vj~282576) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Jackson Shores](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/jackson-shores-pj-vj~281125) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 20 - [Johnson](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/johnson-pj-vj~282611) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 10 - [Magnolia](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/magnolia-pj-vj~282586) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [Pointe Project](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/pointe-project-pj-vj~282601) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 12 - [Window Replacement and Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/window-replacement-and-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~282779) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 10 - [Commonwealth](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/commonwealth-pj-vj~475717) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 9 [See all 19 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/window-sales-and-installation/forde-windows-and-remodeling-inc-pfvwus-pf~1225352643) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
