Once we coordinated a date for him to complete the job, he arrived that day early to set up his tools. He completed the job in a timely matter and cleaned up afterwards. He even helped me install a new doorknob in the bathroom which wasn't even part of our agreement and he didn't charge me extra. My bathroom looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Mike was professional and extremely informative; his rate was also very reasonable. It is obvious he's very skilled and knowledgable in his profession.
