There is a total lack of communication between anyone in the company. We have had nothing but problems trying to get the blinds correctly installed. There has been a constant stream of parts that they forgot to order, ordering the wrong parts, agreeing to install something a certain way and then when the installers come they were never told and don't have the needed parts or equipment. We ordered our blinds in early November and still (June) don't have everything installed. I realize COVID put a delay on everything but we are talking about a 1,000 sq ft condo not a huge house. I think people came out for measurements 2 or 3 times and the installers have been out three times (each time requiring us to take time off of work) and by their own admission things are still continually incorrect. They are friendly, but it is just total incompetence. When the installer and design both comment that what they just installed looks bad, you know you have issues. We're having a tough time finding the right type of window treatments for our windows. We're renting from the owner who installed very nice wooden shades but we think that adding curtains would make the room complete. We've bought and returned multiple curtains that were either too short (we have high ceilings) or just not the right color. And just as a side note: it's hard to tell in the pictures but the wall is painted a very very pale greige color. What color type of curtain would you put up? Any advice?
