> Lea does an incredible job turning your vision into reality. Our home is easy to live in without compromising on style or aesthetics. It is super efficient, flows beautifully, has great views and receives lots of natural light, making for a happy and invigorating environment. She has great style but does not impose it and is also well versed in the municipal process making approvals very smooth. We are doing our second project with Lea and recommend her fully.

> Lea designed our dream home. Starting from the beginning of the process when we were choosing our lot, Lea was involved and guiding us. Every detail is intentional and precise. She designed a home that not only made use of the landscape and topography of our location, but it is also a home that is functional and beautiful. It is a home in which we comfortably live, enjoy, host friends and family and entertain. We truly enjoyed working with Lea and felt that our project was in excellent hands throughout the design and construction process. We highly recommend Lea!

> Working with Lea was an absolute pleasure. Her ability to hear what we were trying to create along with her architectural vision resulted in a collaboration of the most perfect home we could imagine. We wish we could build something else just to work with her again.

 - Description: PANORAMA - Designed as a spec home this house features all that one could want in a ski house. Set up high on the ridge, it features a grand entry with views to all the mountain ranges in the area including the ski hill and golf course, two master suites, 2 bedroom suites and a bunk room, a large flowing greatroom, dining and kitchen and a see-through fireplaces to accentuate the openness. - Description: PASS HOUSE - Tucked neatly into its gorgeous natural surroundings and shielded from the highway, this unique, one-of-a-kind energy-efficient home emerges from its setting to strike a signature silhouette against the sky. Its orientation, adjacent to a pond and with stunning views of forest and mountain peaks beyond, emphasizes the property’s environmental unity. - Description: RIDGE HOUSE - Built on top of a mountain of solid rock, this house was designed of the site and to the site, embracing the panoramic views and respecting the undulating, impermeable grade. As you wind around the long driveway the house glows like a lantern guiding you toward it. The mineshaft-like entry is perfectly aligned with the famous peak beyond that you see through the 6'x10' glass door even before you enter. Once inside the space expands to reveal panoramic views of the majestic mountain…

## Community Q&A

**Q: Hello, how much does it costs to get a house designed?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We are a young couple about to build our house. We would like to have designed a nice one

A: 8-10% of the building construction cost.

**Q: What is the subway tile used?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Looks like Heath Ceramic but we're looking for a more affordable option!

A: Not subway tile...18x18 porcelain cut to just under 2"x18.

**Q: Cabinet wood, please clarify** *(in Photo Questions)*

Frame vs doors- they look different.

A: solid surface countertop and frame, wood doors.

**Q: Vanity cabinets are great!** *(in Photo Questions)*

What materials are used on the cabinet doors vs the framing of the cabinets? Doors look like Oak w/ java stain but the frame looks more like laminate? ? ?
Please clarify, thanks!

A: Everything in here is custom. You have your designer (in this case myself) draw the design and the glass maker follows it. It was very important that the shower tile layout and the vanity countertop aligned with the glass frost lines for this project. A subtle but important detail.
