> We have used Natural Stone Source for approximately 10 years now and they have always done a wonderful job. They are very good about helping our customers with concepts and ideas for their custom home or remodel. We will continue to use this company for our tile and granite in the future. They have a great team !

> We always send our customers into their showroom to get ideas and to look at their granite slabs and consult with their showroom employees.

> Job done as promised, on time. I've used them for renovation projects at my home and for two rental properties that I own.

> I was desperate to have my kitchen counter tops replaced. I spent weeks looking for a contractor but all were either too busy or didn't want to take on such a small job. I was referred to NSS and was able to get the quartz that I wanted. The entire installation took less than 3 weeks. The only negative was that I had to manage the project. They gave me referrals to sub-contractors, but I had to coordinate it all - which was something that I personally didn't want to do. NSS also did not contact me to confirm demo and install dates. I continually had to call them to get updates. That being said, every employee that I interacted with was friendly and professional. All in all, the job was done in a very timely manner and on budget...and the counter tops are beautiful!

## Community Q&A

**Q: What is material of countertop?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love counters, is this quartz? Which one?

A: hi susan, to me this looks like a cambria quartz called swanbridge.

**Q: Kitchen Backsplash Help!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

My husband and I have been working on our kitchen for quite some time and we just can't figure out how to make it look cohesive. We have white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and bainbrook brown granite countertops. As you can see right now we have stainless steel 2in x 2 in backsplash tiles and a grey paint on the walls. I hate it!

I want to repaint the walls in Polar Drift by Behr. It is much lighter and has a hint of blue. (The room gets no natural light). We want to get rid of the backsplash tile, we cannnot figure out how to cut the tiles and there is entirely too much grey and metal in the small space! our problem is that we can't figure out what will look good with the granite. Please help!

A: A travertine 4x4 in any of the cream shades, such as Cordoba Cream, or Ivory, will look awesome. You already have a busy pattern in the Bainbrook Brown countertops, so the neutral beige shade of the travertine won't class with it. You said that the room wasn't very well lit, so the light color of the stone tiles will brighten things up a little bit. Also, tumbled travertine always adds a very classic feel in a backsplash. The picture below shows a brick pattern travertine. Disregard the deco liner!
