I paid $2584.00 to upgrade from Granite to Quartz. When I moved in the countertops were a mess. This was on the builder. After being replaced they were scared and scuffed. It took 3 months for the third replacement of these countertops. They are still scratched and scuffed as if I had them for years. The seam where put together is uneven. A guy named Ryan came out and agreed they were unsatisfactory and said that he didn’t need to take pictures that it would be handled. I get an email today stating they would not be replacing or fixing my countertops. I understand I went through a builder for these countertops but it’s not the builders fault they can no be installed to the customer satisfaction. Countertops are a big investment and should look like new when installed. I paid a lot for my home and I should be treated as a valued customer no matter what. I’m very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received.
