We ordered 3 rolls of rubber flooring. We had a company come and lay it (no nails) and built our all in one gym on top of it. When we started using the gym, we noticed (by stepping on them) sharp metal pieces coming out of the flooring. We have pulled 19 twisted pieces of metal out of the flooring to date. They refuse to give me the manufacturer's name and after 2 months of back and forth, their solution was to tell me to apply a sealant. Laughable. Unless you want tetanus, don't buy from them! **★ — Juan Keyter, Dec. 2022** > Placed an order, paid and been three weeks later, no product recieved. Been calling the company many times and no answer. Brianna, the sales agent refuse to follow up. > Due to FlooringInc our company (hotel) renovation is delayed and with a revenue (room) loss exceeding $14K > I have sent many email, called but just no response. > Now started a charge back. **★ — HU-826597134, Jan. 2022** > 2 months to get 20 sq yards of carpet. This is just crazy. Don't give delivery date that can't be met. **★ — Fred Graeff, Aug. 2021** > If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the ribbed carpet and they sent me garbage that was like paper. Then I had to pay the return shipping for this. I have ordered from them before so obviously they could care less. > Do not deal with this company if you value your money. **★ — Sabina Liss, Aug. 2021** > HORRIBLE!!!!! I waited 2 months to receive an item I ordered from flooringinc. Then the carrier lost the item 3 times!!!!! You can not even make this up. They found the item, then lost it, them found it and lost - 3 times!!! I've been dealing with them for weeks and they keep telling me they are waiting for a resolution. Waiting to find out an answer. Waiting to get back to me....so and so on. Truly HORRIBLE customer service. **★★★★★ — Louis Young, Jan. 2016** > When I was looking for some gym flooring I found exactly what I was looking for at flooringinc. I appreciated the helpful customer service as I had questions about the different rubber thicknesses and what would be best for my application. Flooringinc had the best prices and the order arrived as scheduled. The installation was easy just like their website shows. I will definitely use Flooringinc again for other floors I'm looking to change out. **★★★★★ — Maxine Fontes, Feb. 2015** > My experience with purchasing our Bamboo flooring was excellent. Customer service was great and very informative. They really made my shopping experience easy. I absolutely love how my kitchen floor came out., it looks like it came straight out of a home magazine! Thank you FlooringInc! **★★★★★ — Kurt Leitinger, Jan. 2015** > This company is a great company that has excellent service, selection, and prices. I purchased Porcelain floor tiles from them for my custom theater room / bar area / man cave and I couldn't be happier with the flooring. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and have been extremely happy working with them. **★★★★★ — chuckfaichan, Jan. 2015** > I've been wanting to redo my garage for a long time. Your flooring was the ideal solution, practical and yet stylish and adaptable to fit any scheme. Thanks for a great product. ## Selected projects - [IncStores Playground Rubber Mulch](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/incstores-playground-rubber-mulch-pj-vj~2938344) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - Description: Our Playground rubber mulch is a long-lasting and vibrantly colored option for any playground surface. If you did not receive velcro and purchased more than one mat please send us a private message with your order number so we can get it sent out for you. Thank you. **Q: Are these tiles able to be used with Adjustable Pedestals?** *(in Product Questions)* A: Good Morning, I am not too familiar with adjustable pedestals but based on the ones I looked up I do not believe these would work with that. The surface would need to be smooth and flat. **Q: Tiles** *(in Product Questions)* Do you offer a volume discount? I would probably need 14 sets. Also how well will my floor heat with these placed on top of the concrete? Thanks for assistance. A: Good Morning - We can help with an extra discount if you purchase 112 tiles. These do help to keep the floor warmer as well. Let us know if you have any other questions we would be happy to help. **Q: 7.5 x 12** *(in Product Questions)* do u make this size and does it come in black A: Hi there - We could do a custom cut 7.5x12 roll in Black or Stainless Steel in our commercial grade thickness. It would be $256.08 for the roll. Thanks. **Q: Does it slide on concrete** *(in Product Questions)* A: Yes. You would want to secure it using either a double sided carpet tape or a pressure sensitive adhesive. **Q: Does this product have an outside edge trim that can be ordered?** *(in Product Questions)* I want to put this on an upper deck with a rubber roof. Do you cut off the loops on the outside edge or is there a finishing piece? A: Hi there, At this time we do not sell edge pieces for these. You could cut off the loops to have a clean looking edge. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile. Reflects the profile as of 2026-11-06.*
