They completely lack any sense of coordination and as a result we have experienced lengthy delays and huge additional costs. Today we are over a year late in completing my home…and it’s still not done…we decided to work with a fixed price, fixed timeline contract called a ccdc2. This was to ensure the home was built by a certain date and for an agreed amount….needless to say they have totally disregarded their responsibility as a builder under this contract and I now have had to engage lawyers to get it done and claim for damages…We are now in the midst of a heat wave and the daily internal temp of my house reaches 37c and they still have not made commissioning my AC a priority….if you are lucky to get a hold of Darcy you get excuses or vague responses as to when things will get done..
