> If Houzz would let me give them negative stars I would. They are the worst contracting company I have ever dealt with to a point that it is a scam. Hired them in April to do our kitchen and a day before their schedule start date it would get pushed back a week or two until the last response I got was that the team that was scheduled is tied up with another project (most likely quit from not getting paid) and another team would be scheduled. This was the beginning of May!!! Cannot get ahold of anyone via phone, email, chatbot even the showrooms are locked up. Time for a lawyer to get my deposit back!!!

**★ — HU-415713975, April 2026**

> NV is the worst contractor we have dealt with! They are not trustworthy. They were supposed to start our project in January but never did. There was no communications on project delay or change in schedule. We had to chase them down just to get some answers by showing up at their showroom. The showroom manager never even bother to call us after our many requests for a call back. We had paid them 50% upfront so they can order cabinets. They completely ghosted us and not start on time. We finally cancelled the contract but were stuck with the cabinets. Turned out the cabinets were wrong sizes for our layout. No inserts or hardware were ordered. We had to spend an extra $6K for additional cabinets. They didn’t care about their customers. Run far away when you see this company’s name if you are looking for a Kitchen and Bath remodeler. They will only give you lots trouble and stress.

> In my opinion, you should stay away from this company. We chose NV because we liked the design they did for the kitchen, but that is the only positive thing about our experience with them. We contracted with them for a high-end, expensive kitchen remodel but once the contract was signed, NV did not deliver. It took almost 6 months until the kitchen demo was even started. Management did not communicate or respond to questions. Crews didn’t show up when they were supposed to and they left trash all over the job site for weeks at a time. As far as we can tell, our cabinets were ordered four months after payment was made, and only after we insisted on a progress update. Still, the cabinet order that was delivered to our house was not complete and no other parts (hardware, cabinet inserts) were given to us. By the time the cabinets were delivered the company was having financial problems. They asked us to pay for labor and materials – which we had already paid for – so they could finish the work. The project was stopped, leaving partially installed cabinets, exposed live wires, and problems with the HVAC. We hired a lawyer and terminated the contract. Now we have to find someone else to source the missing cabinets and finish the project. Almost a year after the contract was signed, and 4 ½ months after demolition, we have no kitchen and we have lost a lot of money.

> The worst company I have ever dealt with. A six month project took over a year. Terrible communication. Terrible organization of materials and labor. Terrible oversight of subcontractors. Terrible job maintaining a clean site. The final punch list should have taken a couple weeks, and it drug on for about 3 months. The project manager left the company. The subcontractor stated to me that NV had not paid them for work already completed. I served NV the Notice to Cure letter, which gave them 30 days to finish the project (roughly 1 - 2 weeks worth of work left). They did not even attempt to complete the work, so I terminated our contract. Now I'm left to hire a new GC or handle the completion myself . . . including final permit approval. NV and its owner / manager Sean, are absolutely terrible to work with. If you doubt the authenticity of this review, go to Fairfax County's permit system ("Plus") and look up the dates on permits for (Sensitive Information Hidden)

> After meeting with a few other contracting groups from the February Home Show at the Dulles Expo Center, we chose NV Kitchen and Bath to totally re-do our kitchen and casual eating area without having to tear down any existing walls. While all the kitchen appliances still worked in our 31-year-old kitchen, it just wasn't as functional as we wanted it to be. The demolition of the old kitchen ceiling-to-floor through to the final finished product was about five weeks, including waiting for final inspection by the county—within the promised time frame!
> Uve Serkan from NV was most helpful in designing and guiding us through the practical stages of planning for new appliances in new places, new and extended cabinetry, new sink and faucet, and new hardwood floor (installed in one day!) in both the kitchen and eating area to match and flow into the rest of the downstairs flooring.
> Ruben was our on-hands guy EVERY day, from day one to the end—and every day the spaces he used and worked in were left in splendid and clean condition. He was always pleasant to work with and very conscientious and professional in his work, which was always excellent—and he was very patient in explaining to us what and why he was doing things as well as how they worked! He and Pedro, his assistant on several days, did a wonderful job with everything from demolition, moving plumbing lines, adding dedicated electrical lines for our needs, and installing the cabinets, sink with plumbing fixtures, and appliances, including connecting the water supply to the new refrigerator and dishwasher as well as gas and electrical to the new range.
> Justin Bici was our on-site coordinator, ensuring that things were delivered when promised, that trash was hauled away almost daily, and that we knew what was on the schedule as the job progressed, keeping us informed via text messages and phone calls as needed.
> We are very pleased with our new kitchen and eating area and especially with the professionals who work with NV. We would recommend NV Kitchen and Bath along with their great crews!

**★★★★★ — Marcan Remodels, May 2025**

> I recently oversaw the remodel of my elderly neighbor’s master bathroom and was thoroughly impressed with NV Kitchen & Bath—especially designer Omer and project manager Justin. Omer was kind, attentive, and helped design a space that was both beautiful and safe.
>
> Justin, who we interacted with most, was outstanding—always communicative, respectful, and compassionate. When my neighbor suffered a medical emergency mid-project, Justin went above and beyond to adjust the schedule and accommodate her needs. Since she uses oxygen, he made sure the area was sealed with plastic walls to control dust and keep the space safe.
>
> The quality of the work was excellent, but it was the care and professionalism from Omer and Justin that truly stood out. I’m so grateful for how they treated my neighbor—with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness.
>
> Highly recommend NV Kitchen & Bath, especially if you have the chance to work with Omer and Justin.

**★★★★★ — HU-725140494, Feb. 2025**

> Bathroom remodel—from beginning to end the job was seamless! The workers were on-time, left the work area spotless and trustworthy!! Taylor was awesome helping with design ideas. Justin, the project manager was great to work with-he always made himself available and communicated regularly.

**★ — Anne Naclerio, Jan. 2025**

> Unprofessional, use unlicesed contractors, endless unkept promises. Never finished job.
>
> Demanded 30% PLUS materials down payment, then never showed up to work, finally started job 6 most later, tore out master bath, had us order endless materials but never finished job. Left us with unusable master bathroom now over one year --
>
> I don't know how they were put on any "recommended contractor" list!

**★★★★★ — Brad Miller, Sept. 2024**

> We hired NV Kitchen and Bath to renovate/update the original kitchen cabinets and counters. Starting with the Design process. Pricing was in competitive range with other firms, however, the attention to details by the designer and superintendent, that led us to choose NV Kitchen and Bath for the project. The renovation went as planned and scheduled. Project turned out great and I would recommend them for anyone looking to update the kitchen.

**★ — Stephanie, Feb. 2024**

> I signed a contract in January 2023 to have my kitchen and primary bathroom remolded. The work started the first week of May 2023 and the completion date in the contract was set for 50 business days. It is February 2024 and my project is still not completed. Not only is this company over 100-business days late in completing the project. I was hardly ever provided an updated schedule even when asked numerous times. There has been an outrageous number of issues with wrong materials ordered, incompetent workmanship, wrong sized cabinets, continuous installation errors, over 6 failed county inspections, and numerous no shows. They switched project managers at least 5 times thus leaving no one managing the project except myself. They used unlicensed, inexperienced workers for plumbing and electrical and they used non-certified high end appliance installers. The ran out of flooring materials and left the remaining floors unfinished for weeks. They even got wood stain on the new hardwood floors and never attempted to clean it up. They even attempted to use counterfeit counter top materials in place of the name brand materials listed in the contract. The list goes on and on and on, all while living in the house during the entire renovation.
>
> And you would think it couldn’t get worse… they cracked and scratched the custom kitchen cabinet panels and used the wrong color touch up paint to try to hide it. They installed a gas line improperly and electrical incorrectly causing appliance and electrical issues, installed incorrect range hood venting which had to be ripped out, damaged my high end refrigerator, delivered incorrectly measured countertops and on top of that installed them sloppy. They even demoed the stair rails and it took them months before they finally installed new stair rails that ended up not passing inspection multiple times causing them to be ripped out and replaced 4 times before finally passing inspection.
>
> This company was warned multiple times for the delays and sloppy work and they still have not resolved the issues nor completed the job to this day. I warn anyone who may be looking to use this company to STAY AWAY!! This company is the most unethical, unexperienced, incapable home improvement company I’ve ever encountered in my life.

**★★★★★ — Cesar D, Nov. 2023**

> We first used NV Kitchen & Bath for our Island remodeling and they did such an awesome job we decided to do the entire kitchen. Thank you Homer for the great design guidance! It was the best decision we made. NV Kitchen & Bath delivered the project on time and within our budget. They made the project and process easy and at times enjoyable. Thank you Harb, you are the best project manager! We will use them for our master bathroom remodeling as well!

**★★★★★ — Bonnie Burkhardt, May 2023**

> We have a step-down family room and wanted to replace our railing with cabinets, which required extending the kitchen floor into the family room. We also wanted to remove our old pantry and replace it with cabinets and counter tops. NV Kitchen was the only company who noticed structural issues with our plans and proposed a remedy. They completed the entire job in less than 4 weeks. The employees were very courteous and professional.
