Ask for a new quote for oak flooring, and I was given one, I said proceed without delivery as I can pick it up. I took up my old flooring. Two days after accepting the quote I was informed they had made a mistake and it would be twice as much. I asked for the manager several times and Tammy said she was one of the owners.
