We added roll-outs in one cabinets, which I love! We also added glass to a couple of the upper cabinets, which is beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cost point of the cabinets and equally impressed with the installation team and staff. It was not only bad, it was HORRIFIC and caused an incredible amount of stress and frustration. We spent $20,000 (including granite) for them to install cabinets and granite and it was the worst mistake we could have made. All the red flags were there, but John was so nice that we decided to go with them. We thought communication was bad before we paid for the cabinets/project, but it was nothing compared to how bad it was once they got our money. We never felt like a valued customer at any point, in fact it felt like they went out of their way to ignore us and drag the project out. We were completely left in the dark every step of the way. After paying we went months without ever hearing from them. There were CONSTANT, and I mean constant, issues along the way and the only way we found out about them was when I called asking for answers. Once the project started, we never knew when they were coming out. Then they would show up for 1-2 hours and then tell us they had to leave to go to another job. They would show up for a couple hours on Monday and wouldn’t come back until Friday or the next week. We were told that the install would take 3-4 days, but plan for a week. Well it took approximately 7 weeks for them to finish the very basic install. I eventually had to finish certain aspects of the job myself in order to get our kitchen close to functional. The install was sloppy and countless mistakes were made. The bulk of the project took approx. 29 weeks (this was only installing cabinets in the exact same place as previous cabinets and installing granite, there were no modifications to the kitchen. 80% of this time was us waiting around having no idea what was going on). AND as of today, nearly an entire year later, they just finally completed the project. There’s a couple things that needs to be fixed, but I’d rather not deal with them anymore, so I’ll just leave it or do it myself. > > When I look at our kitchen, my first thought isn’t about the kitchen, it’s about the nightmare we experienced with Premium Cabinets, and it practically ruins any positive thoughts we have. I wish I would have just kept the old cabinets and never called them. > > I was very vocal about my horrific experience with Premium Cabinets throughout the entire project. John was quick to apologize and seemed sincere in apology and wanting to do better. In fact, he called me several times to apologize for their lack of communication and the mistakes that were constantly being made. But, absolutely NOTHING changed and NOTHING ever got better, it only got worse. Not once, or twice, or five times, or seven times, it was absolutely absurd how many issues occurred and how bad they were about addressing those issues. **Comment from Premium Kitchen and Bath:** > We are so very sorry.
