## About

Quality Installation and Home Improvement Co. began operation in 1984 as a sub-contractor providing installation services to area window and siding contractors.  Our experience with many different companies provided us with great insight as to the quality of products available, problems with certain brands and models, and the quality of warranty services available from factories and distributors.The contractors we serviced were pleased with the professional, honest and dependable service we offered.

In 1994 we began our retail operations, offering installation as well as high-quality home improvement products.

Customer service has always been our \#1 goal. This is reflected by the fact that a large percentage of our business is referrals from our previous customers. We have learned over many year that we can only offer our customers the service we receive from our factories and suppliers.  We maintain relationships with stable companies backed by strong warranties.

From high-quality products and installations, to something as simple as the prompt return of a phone call, you can count on us for customer service.
