> I've had Ivan and Roman do a number of projects in my house over the past 7 years since I bought it. I have an 80-year-old house that needed a lot of improvements. They refinished the floors. They did plasterwork on a few damaged walls. They did a huge ceiling repair in the basement after a big leak left me with a lot of mold and a damaged ceiling. They did a complete remodel of my kitchen a few years ago, and I'm about to have them do a complete remodel of my bathroom. They are reasonable, they keep their word when they give you an estimate, and they come in and just get things done. Also, they are extremely clean- when they leave once a project is complete, there is never a dusty mess. I highly recommend them.

> Complete house renovation is a nerve wrecking experience and finding a right contractor is crucial. Finding a contractor that actually gets what you want and knows exactly how to get you from just a vision on a back of your mind to that Wow! moment is almost impossible. Almost. From the very first appointment Ivan guided me through every step, every door knob, every tile. The entire project included a complete gut renovation of two bathrooms with installation of heated floor and additional spotlights. Ivan suggested an Italian tiles retailer that helped me put my vision on a paper and it did not cost me a leg. My kitchen was installed within days and, again, Ivan helped me to choose a backsplash and stone for my countertops. He even installed a hood and LED lights underneath the cabinets which I now put on almost every evening. What else? Installation of floors in entire house (3 floors to be exact), some magical job on my walls that were ugly and completely uneven, additional spotlights on two floors, new doors, new windows, stairs between floors, construction of a hallway closet from scratch and installation of a closet system in bedrooms closets. Everything was done without any major delays and so far  I received compliments from every single visitor. I love my house!
