## Community Q&A

**Q: Can you tell me the color of the wall paint?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The color of our wall paint is Sherwin Williams 7043 Worldly Grey.

**Q: New sunroom floor is begging for attention!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I just replaced my linoleum floor in my sunroom with Kardean's looselay wood series in Country Oak with such ease and satisfactory result but now my room is begging for a change in the current sisal rug to liven things up.   Please have your way with me...I can take it...suggestions, criticisms etc.  I promise you will not hurt the floor's feelings or mine.
Picture above is my previous linoleum floor.  I was really sick of the shiny surface.

A: Is the new flooring true wood or laminate?  Be sure that your furniture has felt guards on the bottom to keep from scratching that beautiful floor. I would recommend a lighter color rug with a pattern, as I saw above in the pink, tan and maroon leaf run. You made a good use of the space you have in the sun room.  Great job!

**Q: Is artwork big enough?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We would like to use this original painting over the fireplace but a couple of people have suggested that it is a bit small. Does the size work? Is there anything that could be done to make it appear larger? What if the wall just above the fireplace was painted a darker color? Any suggestions as to what else could go on the left of the mantle? There is a fairly tall built in on the left side of the fireplace. Thanks for your help?

A: We would recommend putting the photo another 8-12" higher to leave room on the mantel as to not crowd the objects and balance the chimney section of the wall.

Where is the light over the door from? Beautiful.

A: We have seen this style of outdoor light fixture at Lowe's and World Market

**Q: The walls are gone!** *(in Before & After)*

2 month reno - so worthwhile!

A: Great use of space in the "after" photo! Perfect idea to rip up the carpet and your extended kitchen countertop is just the addition you needed to tie the rooms together.

**Q: How should I decorate my bathroom shelves?** *(in Before & After)*

These are the shelves I have above my toilet and would like your opinion of what I should buy to decorate them with.  Included is a picture of the rest of my bathroom for the colours.
Also what colour should I paint the basket?
Ignore what's on the shelves.

A: Since you have a purple shower curtain, I would go the purple, green and gray look.  The green candle, silver pail(or white pitcher) and basket for toilet paper
