They made themselves available at a moments notice right at the crunch time of the holidays and had no issue coming up to Los Alamos. They were always easy to get in touch with, knowledgeable, proactive, and the best kind of professionals: they know their stuff and are so easy to work with. I will recommend Showhomes of Santa Fe to all of my home sellers in the future for their staging needs and I look forward to working with them again! They did a thorough walk-through of my home prior to putting it on the market, and came up with a fabulous floor plan that showcased the house's assets beautifully. We greatly appreciate your thoughtful review! :-) **★★★★★ — Estevan Baca, Jan. 2018** > Showhomes of Santa Fe completely changed my house when they staged it. I always thought it was a nice house but never realized its potential. Thankfully they did. The transformation was night and day. We sold the house within 30 days and I attribute it to the job that Showhomes did. Not only are they good at their jobs but Elisa and Brandon are wonderful people. They were willing to work with me and my hectic schedule. I recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house! **Comment from Pink Dwelling:** > Thank you, Estevan, for your kind words! It was a pleasure working with you as well!! **★★★★★ — Cathy Griffith, Nov. 2017** > WOW! That word sums up my experience as a realtor working with Showhomes starting from their initial meeting with my client to moving the furniture out once the house closed. My client's house was beautiful but it's potential was not realized because it was virtually empty. Showhomes transformed the home to be the elegant space it was meant to be. Their design work made it look gorgeous. I'm confident their work was instrumental to my client getting a full price offer after only 4 days on the market. Elisa and Brandon are wonderful to work with, professional and they aim to exceed expectations. My client was thrilled, as was I. I will definitely recommend them to my next client who needs their services. **Comment from Pink Dwelling:** > Thank you so much, Cathy! We loved working with you on that beautiful home! **★★★★★ — William Lambert, Sept. 2017** > Home was staged perfectly. Went under contract in 4 days. They are fantastic to work with. Would absolutely work with them on another project. **Comment from Pink Dwelling:** > Thanks so much! We look forward to working with you again soon! ## Selected projects - [Renovated Hawaii Japanese Style Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/renovated-hawaii-japanese-style-home-pj-vj~7187223) - Location: Holualoa, HI - Photos: 9 - [Contemporary Custom Built Luxury California Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/contemporary-custom-built-luxury-california-home-pj-vj~7548408) - Location: Palm Desert, CA - Photos: 5 - [Custom Southwestern/Japanese Home in Santa Fe](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/custom-southwestern-japanese-home-in-santa-fe-pj-vj~6661527) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 5 - [Renovated Southwestern Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/renovated-southwestern-home-pj-vj~6903382) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 9 - [Northern NM Style Large Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/northern-nm-style-large-home-pj-vj~6369461) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 8 - [Soft Contemporary Southwestern Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/soft-contemporary-southwestern-home-pj-vj~5789649) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 8 - [Southwestern Stone Home in Las Campanas](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/southwestern-stone-home-in-las-campanas-pj-vj~5888747) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 4 - [New Contemporary Build in El Dorado!](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/new-contemporary-build-in-el-dorado-pj-vj~6752637) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 4 - [Southwestern Estate Home & Property](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/southwestern-estate-home-and-property-pj-vj~6646959) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 6 - [La Tierra Soft Contemporary Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/la-tierra-soft-contemporary-home-pj-vj~6270069) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 6 - [Casa Manana House in Las Campanas](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/casa-manana-house-in-las-campanas-pj-vj~6708992) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 3 - [Tesuque Soft Contemporary Adobe Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/tesuque-soft-contemporary-adobe-home-pj-vj~6629291) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 3 - [Historic & Contemporary Home in Tesuque](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/historic-and-contemporary-home-in-tesuque-pj-vj~6211982) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 7 - [Southwestern Compound in Historic Eastside](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/southwestern-compound-in-historic-eastside-pj-vj~6288063) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 9 - [Las Campanas Southwestern Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/las-campanas-southwestern-home-pj-vj~6198668) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [Southwestern Galisteo Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/southwestern-galisteo-home-pj-vj~5737375) - Location: Lamy, NM - Photos: 7 - [Contemporary Southwestern Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/contemporary-southwestern-home-pj-vj~5822193) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 7 - [Old World Southwestern Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/old-world-southwestern-home-pj-vj~5371357) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 4 - [La Vista Modern Southwestern Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/la-vista-modern-southwestern-home-pj-vj~6369438) - Location: Santa Fe, NM - Photos: 7 - [Taos Southwestern Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/taos-southwestern-home-pj-vj~5727450) - Location: Taos, NM - Photos: 3 [See all 108 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/interior-designers-and-decorators/pink-dwelling-pfvwus-pf~1226426647) ## Ideabooks - [Featured on Houzz Article](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/158100499/list/featured-on-houzz-article) — 2 ideas [See all 1 ideabook](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/pinkdwellingllc) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
