Ric went above and beyond to find the town documented rules and challenged them that his due diligence was conducted up front and his design was to code. Ric even went beyond our ask and provided a letter of explanation of to the town. As a result, the town turned their decision around after ONE WEEK! Ric's enthusiasm, expertise, knowledge of his art saved us at least SIX months of project delays. You can hire an architect at a reasonable fee by asking for just a "builder's set" which is enough information for you to get a permit and insure that the project is built correctly.
