My floor or was installed approximately 7 years ago and the finish is failing in many areas. Some high traffic areas but also in some corners where no one ever walks. I began contacting the distributor, National Wood in Salt Lake, 18 months ago who directed me to contact the installer, Lifetime Hardwood, who said he would come and look at the floor but never has. > The product and supply chain have failed miserably!! **★★★★★ — pattiriding, March 2016** > Purchased vinyl flooring from this company. I felt they treated me very fairly with the pricing as well. In addition to the hardwood flooring I also purchased quarter round shoemolding. They stained the molding in house and it matched the flooring perfectly. The installation went smoothly and the floor is absolutely gorgeous, everyone who enters our home comments on how stunning it is! The floor looks and feels like real wood (maybe even better) and we love the low maintenance of it too. The product was misrepresented to me as one that would hold up and be durable. This could not be further from the truth. If I wanted a floor that had dents in it, I would have kept the one I had. It can be dented by just sitting on it in a chair. The floor is also splitting in some areas where the boards join together. I have called and sent several text messages as well as a couple of emails concerning this product to a fellow by the name of Gino at Fluent Floors and to Doug Barton. I have yet to get any satisfaction from Fluent Floors or the installer, Doug Barton, of Barton Hardwood Floors. My first contact about my unhappiness with the floor was September 14, 2013, only a few days after installation.
