He suggested I look at sales comps to try to ascertain what the price point of selling a fully remodeled house in the area would be, because he didn't want to see me invest so much money in a remodel that would mean I had to take a loss when I sell the house. I am also installing MDF beadboard paneling 2/3 up my wall. The paneling will eventually run right up against the subway tile bullnose. How should I end it? Should I run a piece of trim between the two surfaces or should I butt them against each other with just caulk in between? Thanks!
