> Never ending issues with brand new home purchased with them. Over 3 dozen service calls for not minor issues. Major problems include but not limited to:
> AC installed wrong
> Hot water heater installed wrong
> Bad disc lights installed in the house
> HVAC installed improperly
> Carpet installed improperly
> Gutters installed improperly

> Warranty team blames contractors for issues and takes 0 accountability despite the fact they are the ones that hired the contractors. My neighbors who built with Brandl have similar issues to me. Meanwhile the ones that went with other builders are enjoying their new homes.

WIth any new build job there will always be change orders as the client makes selections.   Brandl does a very good job in managing the books and sharing that information with the lender.  We always arrive at closing day with no last minute surprises that would require loan docs to change.
