> I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Tracy, and Matthew of Westwind Construction on a couple of their projects. I was hired to photograph impressive estates that they designed and built with the local surroundings in mind. They took the classic wine country style but put a modern twist on it. They were very approachable and down to earth and I would highly recommend them.

**Q: rustic barnwood** *(in Photo Questions)*

can you please share with me what kind of wood and/or stain was used to achieve the barnwood look on the wine closet cabinets as well as some of the walls and ceilings? thank you!

A: Hello, We wire brush and stain the wood to create a distressed - rustic look.

**Q: Are these faux or real beams?  Do you have any other info on them?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The wood is real - they are decorative trusses and do not serve as structural support.  Thank you!
