> been waiting for windows since April of 2022. I was giving an install date of 7-29-22 to receive a cancellation call at 7am. It's been a complete waste of time. The poor elderly in the house with medical conditions, the children and dog are forced to suffer in the heat because they can't keep their commitments and they 100% could care less.
> The workers and the office don't communicate and are never on the same page you always get a different excuse. I could have gone with a different company and had the windows done months ago.
> I will never use this company again. Trust me save your time and go somewhere else. I'm completely renovating the house and will definitely use a different company for the other projects.
