Sam spent his summers during college working as a general laborer in the construction field. Later he found himself working as a framer and finish carpenter. Eventually, he began working for a custom home builder in Nashville as a remodel and custom home supervisor. After completing multiple renovations and several custom built homes in some of Nashville's most prominent neighborhoods, Sam realized construction is his passion and set out to create Hodgson House. Sam understood what I wanted and developed a proposal and cost estimate. The work was accomplished on time and without any changes and under budget.
