> We had a most wonderful experience with USA Green Builders. Our project manager was Rotem. She was extremely organized and her crews did a great job at every part of our project, which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, flooring in the entire house, not to mention some very difficult stairs which they did a wonderful job on. We also had a deck that needed a new foundation and trex material and metal railing. All the work that was done was beyond our expectations. All I can say is when the job was completed, we were extremely satisfied. One of the things we wanted to highlight, the majority of the work was completed in ten working days. Often there were two or three crews working at the same time on our project. Other people that we considered had told us six to eight weeks to complete the job. We can't really have imagined to have waited that long. If we have anymore home projects, we will surely be contacting USA Green Builders and Rotem.

First of all, Rotem - our project manager - was out within a few days to give us a quote. We got the quote back within a few more days. Very responsive and efficient. The customer service was fantastic - also from start to finish. The price was right - very fair.

> It was a cold call; however, we were looking to remodel the kitchen when they called. We had them install countertops and faucets for our kitchen and bathroom. Rotem, the project manager, was very responsive, amiable and respectful. She had good suggestions and advice on things to be done in the kitchen and the materials. The project manager was also a pleasure to work with. They worked around our budget and timeframe. Rotem was able to make a change for me at the last minute in regard to the backsplash. The crew was timely and efficient. Their countertop installer did an excellent job.

In many cases they exceeded my expectations, especially with the electrical installation including numerous outlets and a new sub-panel.

> The project was mainly cosmetic, such as laminate floor panels, drywall, trim and tile.  It was scheduled for 4 weeks.  It took 3 months.  By week two, they made the showers unusable and they could not put it back together because “they were waiting for materials”.  After two months the crew stopped showing up at all and the person claiming to be the owner wanted final payment.  Showers had not been tiled.  The drywall, which only had screws in the corners were falling down.  The trim had already fallen off in places.  Nails and jagged metal were sticking out of the walls, and there was also a pile of trash in my front yard.  During this period, when I stopped by my home, I had to stop them from building things that were not to code.

> After many texts, a new person showed up, also claiming to be the owner.    He brought a new crew to salvage the project.  They had to tear down the drywall and start over with that.  Around the 3 month mark, the 2nd "owner" wanted final payment.  I made final payment only because I wanted my house back and doing the work myself was easier than getting him to do it.  Attached is an example of the quality of grout and trim that he left, claiming that it was professionally done.

Job Manager, Avraham Arbel, was very responsive to my requests and extremely conscientious in managing his work crews, making sure jobs were completed to customer satisfaction. I am very demanding and I feel this company came through nicely.
