Clifford and his sons are the utmost professionals. They went over the measurements and designs with our designer, and designed all of the specialty drawers (which I think we got just about every one they offered). They even "invented" a special drawer that holds not only holds bins for trash and recycled items, but also created a slot for compost items. They installed a lid over all three receptacles so that there's no smell. They had everything painted prior to install. The installation went seamlessly. They also came out twice - once as a quality check. The other time was because we scratched one of the pocket doors. They removed the scratches, re-painted both doors and came back to install them.
