> Remarkable reputable, on time, they scheduled us and were able to do the work even sooner, coordinating with us. Everything form the initial yelp inquiry, to the estimate, negotiating and deterring the scope was easy with Rick our Estimator.  on the day of service Jose luis the site manager was professional informative and great communicator. as was his entire team. including Cesar who was very accommodating.  We will always reach out to them for future fencing or decking needs.  most affordable and best quality of 8 quotes i received.

> Very unreliable, continuously asking for more money, timelines don't mean anything. Took money, left my project mid ways, and disappeared. This is essentially a father-son enterprise. The son is under age (14) and is the only one who speaks English, father does the work. Might be OK for really small, handyman type projects but they have difficulty managing projects with any level of complexity. We had payment terms well laid out in a contract, yet every few days they'd want more money. Ultimately, the hassle was just too much so I ended up firing them. Of course, to them that meant taking all the advance payment they had gotten and not even bothering to move the materials so they don't rot in the rain. And oh, by the way, they've broken the landscape lighting so now I need to find someone to fix that too!
