> J&N did a great job on our Ohio investment property, including: updating the bathroom, replacing flooring, fire-proofing the garage, replacing stair treads, and replacing a cracked window. Justin communicated well with us and our property management company. The work was skillfully completed in a timely manner. COVID-related supply delays slowed down the work but Justin kept us updated, checked in with the supplier often, and did the work as soon as materials were able. We are very pleased with J&N's work and hope to use them again for other area investment properties!
