> We thought our walkway around our home wasn't going to be done. We contracted a small contractor and a year a few months later we fired him. It was a nightmare. (See the 1st. 3 pictures) I started looking around with Skepticism because of our past experience.  Called Sanbury construction and Manny responded he reassured me that he would have the job done right and up to my local codes. Manny was pacient with me, I had him pulling his hair at times, but he came thru. (The last three pictures) It's most definitely better than I expected.  Recommend 100%. He's on my speed dial.

> We had bricks deteriorating on the outside of our home allowing water to come in through the wall. I had used Manny before for our roof, and he was so wonderful, I called him without even calling anyone else. Once again he responded within 24 hours and was here in a few days. They discussed which the best option would be, and how to work it into my budget, and went with a type of Stucco and then sealed it. Not only am I very pleased that no more water is coming in through my wall, I am very pleased at how nice it looks. And his crew is very polite, and friendly, and clean up beautifully after they are done. I would recommend Sanbury Construction, for any job you need. You won't find anyone more prompt, courteous, and reasonable, price wise, or more willing to work with your finances.

> Sanbury Construction did my bathroom remodel in March of 2022. The work they performed on my bathroom was above my expectation. The pricing was perfect for my budget. The professionalism was what I expected and more. When me and my husband saved the necessary funding for our 2nd project  (basement conversion to a home office) in February of 2023 we called Sanbury back to perform our 2nd project. Sanbury accommodated our tight schedule and once again was within our budget. They were on time, worked late and completed our basement renovation a week earlier then expected. The project manager Lester explained every phase of the project from start to finish. Next is our kitchen and we are elated to have Sanbury as our go to contractor. I recommend this local contracting company to all our friends and community members.
