Premier Construction + Design is a design-build remodeler and custom home builder based in Waukesha, serving southeast Wisconsin and Lake Geneva lake country. We design and build kitchens, bathrooms, additions, finished basements, decks and outdoor living spaces, custom homes, short-term rental properties and commercial buildouts. Our work includes the Nakama omakase restaurant in Milwaukee, an A-frame in Beloit, a cantilevered modern home in Janesville and a full renovation at Abbey Springs in Fontana. Licensed and insured, we handle design, permits and construction under one contract with a fixed price and a weekly schedule update. Bold builds. Built on trust.
