> I hired Carlos Miranda as the principal designer to help us manage our full-scale renovation project.  We decided to gut the property and transform it by putting in new everything---kitchen, bathroom, flooring, fixtures, custom furniture, etc.  Carlos was our best investment; he not only selected the materials to be used but also managed the entire renovation project with our contractor from beginning to end while we were abroad.  We put all our trust and confidence in him, which removed a lot of the unnecessary stress of remodeling a home!

A: It's a vintage lamp that i found in Miami.  Jonathan Adler manufactures a similar one, though not quite as dramatic.
