> Tim Stone and his team at KSa are exceptional to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, creative and fun to collaborate with. They designed a significant new construction project for us in a remote area outside of Steamboat and were able to help us manage many of the challenges of rural construction. Their CAD work is great and helped us and the team understand every nuance of the design. Tim is a materials guru and encouraged us to use materials that we would have otherwise never considered. KSa is well respected and connected which helped us bring in a talented team of engineers and consultants and a high-quality GC. They are also very skilled at the construction management side of the process. Tim and Jason have a discerning eye and hold the construction team to the highest standards. As with all new builds, challenges arise, and even when it wasn’t an architectural issue, we would lean into the KSa team for problem solving support. The end result is beautiful and will be enjoyed for years to come. They take pride in their work, their quality is outstanding, and we would work with the KSa team again in a heartbeat.

**Q: Paint and stain colors** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hello - 
I am obsessed with this house! 
Do you recall the paint color AND do you know the wood species and stain color of both the timbers and the T & G?

A: VG= vertical grain.  in this case--  CVG= Clear vertical grain.

A: This is wide plank american walnut finished in place with a clear flooring finish

**Q: What type & color of stone on walls & porch floor? Purchased from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am looking for a thinstone veneer that looks like this for a new home.  This is beautiful, but can't find anything like it.

A: looks like quartzite.  I'd look at Telluride Stone or Gallegos Stone

Can you tell me the material used between the rock on the fireplace - is it tile or stone? Fabulous space you have put together here! 
Wall paint color?

A: correct.  those are interlocking coarsed panels though.  (like a Z shape)  the 'mantle' is simply an 8" W flange  beam with web stiffeners welded into it.  Make sense?
