> For several years I have used BuilderFish, in many capacities, from new construction to maintenance and services. I’ve come to expect exceptional quality in workmanship, starting with professional and meticulous interactions with their staff. BuilderFish not only takes the time to fully understand the goals of my project, but they also have the experienced professionals who guide me through my options. BuilderFish has consistently exceeded my expectations on every phase of each project. When I want something to be discriminating, constructed with quality and precision, and to last - I’ve relied on BuilderFish.

> BuilderFish was there for us through every step of redesigning and rebuilding our home. They took the extra time to get to know our vision and went to great lengths to make sure that we were able to make that a reality, while remaining respectful of our budget. The attention to detail is beyond any expectations and often I heard comments about how impressed everyone was with the level of excitement from the team over even the smallest of details. We heard from many of our neighbors, in addition to what we saw ourselves, around the professionalism of everyone involved in our rebuild. We are thrilled with our home and continue to enjoy it thanks to BuilderFish.

> My architectural firm has had the pleasure of working with BuilderFish on a number of projects. I have found them to be professional, considerate and very thorough. It is evident that they strive to be at the leading edge of the latest building science and construction techniques. They stress a team approach to their work that is evident in the success they enjoy on their projects.

**★★★★★ — The Gaines Group Architects, Aug. 2012**

> BuilderFish is not your typical contractor, in fact, they look for ways to be different. I am impressed with their focus on getting the details right in the beginning before the project moves forward. They understand that good planning leads to good projects. This builder does only high quality solutions for their clients. They also have an incredible focus on client satisfaction that is largely missing in society today. I highly recommend them for any renovation or new construction project.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Shutters** *(in Photo Questions)*

What color paint did you use for the shutters?

A: Been asked numerous times about every color pictured. Don't have time to repeat but it's on here somewhere in a full list even with color numbers. I'm afraid that's the best I can do. See higher up the thread or click on other pics and you should be able to find.

**Q: What brand are these cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We used: http://www.carguygarage.com/item-guide-garage-cabinets.html
They're out of the midwest and THE best we could find in the U.S.
Got the black ones as you can see, but did NOT attach the wheels and simply installed as regular cabinets.

**Q: Front exterior entrance** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are the columns and railings Azek?

A: Can't remember the exact brand but yes, those are composite. I have Azek on my own house if that helps. We've also used Trex high-end product.

**Q: What paint color are these walls? They are gorgeous!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I don't remember the exact color and would have to hunt since this project was four years ago, actually maybe longer. What you can do is find a paint app, each of the brands offers, and can color match off photos on-line, etc.

**Q: What color is painted brick and shutters?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What color are bricks painted and shutters?

A: You're in luck, just found from a previous answer:
Benjamin Moore as follows:

Trim: White Dove
Masonry: Horizon Gray
Stucco: November Rain
Shutters: Storm Cloud Gray

**Q: The channel roof pictured** *(in Photo Questions)*

Do you happen to remember the color of this metal roof in the picture?

Thank you. Diane

A: I want to say gun metal gray but that's a guess. I'll ask the project manager to see if he recalls.
He came through: Englart metal black, 17" seams
