We found Millenium by chance on the internet when we decided to add a deck on to our home. David came out on a Sunday & sat with us to discuss what we were looking for. We had already gone to a building supply store and had a diagram of what we "thought" we wanted. When we explained to him specifically what it was going to be used for & our thinking process behind it, it ended up he had a better idea of what we wanted than we did! He designed & built an absolutely perfect sun room for us and our only regret was that we didn't do it sooner. He was very knowledgeable, went above & beyond for us & was fair & competitively priced. His crew was prompt & the cleanup was great. David was extremely helpful in consulting my wife and I on what would be the best fit for our house (which we really needed). Then he and his team came (having the business owner on site at all times was a big plus for me) and they were fast, experienced and clean. They even used the extra dirt that was dug up and helped fill in the retro-grade around the edge of my foundation!! > > Very high attention to detail and time-frame was shown by the way they worked and I am a bit of a freak about the small details... There were no overcuts, every joint is tight, the screws match the color of the wood and there are no extra seams.
