> We had an absolutely wonderful experience building our home with Summit Signature Homes and cannot say enough good things about Bob, Ed, Shae and the rest of the team.   They really worked together to make the process seamless.  Some of the things that really stood out to us:
> \- Project management:  very, very little downtime; Ed really managed the schedule and nearly every day, there was a team or teams working on the house
> \- Clear timelines with deadlines:  kept us on task with decision making so our selections would not delay the process
> \- Design support:  narrowed down the options for us; In advance of our meetings, Shae would bring samples or a subset of options for design decisions based on previous conversations we had had about style, which made the endless possibilities a lot less daunting
> \- Follow-up: whenever you build new, some small things will come up, Summit has been extremely responsive

Occasionally, when we proposed change orders during the project, they were very accommodating and upfront with the cost. I would highly recommend this builder for any project. Their track record, personal attention, and relationship building qualities is what appealed most to us. These builders have experience, skilled laborers at their beckoning call (hard to find in this market) and the discipline to not bite off more projects than they can chew. Our home build experience couldn't have gone more smoothly.  In fact they made the whole process fun and exciting!  At the beginning of the project they set a completion time of seven months, which I thought was very ambitious, but they managed to complete it ahead of schedule.  Throughout the process Bob was always easily available to answer my many, many questions and Matt made sure to not only explain every detail of the build, but to show me at the site during the significant steps.  They were great at keeping us on budget, never pressuring us toward any upgrades but giving wonderful suggestions of changes or additions we might want to consider.  It was like they really knew us and were able to ascertain what was important to our family and what wasn't. The follow-up has also been spectacular since we moved in.  Overall just a complete fantastic experience, on budget, on time and culminating in a final product that is better than we could have imagined!
