Charleston Building and Development is a family-run business – dad, Larry and sons, Erik and Adam Van Someren – who do quality work and are true to their word. With the help of their designer, Nicole, they made the daunting process of building a home doable. We had never built before, so we were a bit overwhelmed at first, but they took us step by step through the process, (almost) making it easy! Nicole is amazing and spent hours upon hours patiently helping us as we picked cabinets, countertops, tile flooring, paint colors, light fixtures, etc. Charleston Building and Development also has reliable and skilled people who they work with – electricians, plumbers, painters, cabinet makers, trim guys, etc. – they did beautiful work!
