Upon arrival 12/7/21, 6 items were missing and 2 cabinet doors were the wrong size. The 6 missing items were delivered and I discovered that 4 of the items from the order were a different color (this was not due to the natural variation in wood, they were a completely different shade). Late December Reico delivered 2 cabinet doors to replace the wrong size that was delivered earlier and they were a COMPLETELY different design. For the third time, the replacement doors were delivered in late February. After repeatedly requesting the replacement of the 4 items that were a different color, Reico reps visited my home and I was told they would not keep remaking my cabinets and agreed to replace 1 of the 4 items. Reico delivered the one door on March 7 and I now have cabinetry in 2 different colors. They were agreeable to remake 2 doors three times due to their incompetence in placing the correct order with the manufacturer but would not remake the items that were made the wrong color. When requested, Kesley could not explain Quality Assurance Standards or Tolerance/Limits for color variation. These 4 items should have never passed quality inspection. REICO charged me $600 for the dishwasher installation. BUT- the person who installed the dishwasher had absolutely no clue what he was doing. First, he told me that the wrong parts were sent. I spent four months arguing with Miele over this. Turns out- the right part had been sent originally! Then, the guy installed my dishwasher and in the process of installing the kickplate, knocked out the electrical wire. Miele had to come do a service call even before the dishwasher was installed. All in all, I spent SEVEN MONTHS before I had a working dishwasher. > To add insult to injury, I contacted REICO's manager about these issues. He responded- "I'm sorry for your disappointment." **Comment from Reico Kitchen & Bath:** > Reico typically only offers installation on products we supply. However, we did attempt to coordinate the installation of a Miele dishwasher bought elsewhere, using a Miele Certified Installer. There were issues, both seen and unforeseen, with the product and with the installation and we accept responsibility for our part in that. We did refund a percentage of the installation cost that was delayed in getting to the customer, which we apologize for as well. We understand that when things do not go as expected there will be real frustration for the client and for everyone involved.
