Custom home builder and landscaping design and install located in Prescott Arizona, Yavapai County.  Capistrano Homes and Landscaping is a complete design build firm, we include 3D Renderings, full construction plans, unique creativity, and super energy efficient homes in every home.  We are BPI Certified  by the Building Performance Institute and a member of ASES - The American Society of Solar Energy.  All our homes are blower door and duct blast tested.  We are experts in weatherization, building thermal envelopes, and passive and active solar systems.  Using today's expanding closed and open cell foam products and offering our clients conditioned attic and crawlspaces.  Our homes are 35-70% more energy efficient than our competitors.

When we first bought our lot, we asked around and found nothing but glowing reviews about Caesar.  After meeting with him and looking at his other builds we knew he was the person we wanted to work with.  Throughout our 11 month build, Caesar was responsive, honest, knowledgable, reliable, pleasant and a good communicator.  He had excellent ideas that built on our own desires and made the house even better than we hoped.  Above all else, we believe Caesar went above and beyond what he had to do to build a high quality home that we love living in.  We recommend Caesar without reservation.

> Caesar, built my house.  As contractor, he hired the best "subs" and involved himself closely with the whole building process.  Throughout the process, various "tweeks" were discussed and acted upon to improve the overall design.  At the end we have a wonderful well built house.  Additionally, Caesar has remained in close contact since the construction to address any issues such as recaulking various areas as a result of wood shrinkage during the first year - actually he told us about this at the end of construction.  He remains a friend which is in and of itself is probably the best recommendation.  As is obvious from the above he is a completely honest person dedicated to building the best possible house
