We purchased tile as the warehouse was closing and our tile was sold to someone else accidentally later that. I understand that mistakes happen, however, the expectation is for the company to own and make up for that mistake. Instead, they offered me a contractor discount and some tile cleaner for the issues. Instead of price matching a slightly more expensive tile, they made me pay extra for their mistake. Seems very silly that they wouldn’t swallow an $80 mistake they made. The customer service is what warranted this negative review. > > I would understand if my project was more than 90 square feet and the price difference was significant but that is not the case here.
