A: These are eastern white cedar shingles from Maibec. They are untreated and have faded to grey over time.

Is the porch screened, glassed or a combo? Are the lighter bands near the ceiling blinds or some other window treatment?

A: It is just a screen porch. The lighter bands are just the trimmed out header beams.
