He has assembled a fantastic team of sub-contractors who are getting things done in a timely but thorough manner under his leadership. When we ended up having to move in two months early due to renovations at our former condo, Eric didn’t panic - he pivoted and went to work! Since we moved in, he has solved multiple emergencies, like getting a locksmith to come out immediately when a doorknob fell off a door and we got locked out. He is truly the best. > I reside in West Los Angeles and recently needed to change the entire A/C systems. An A/C contractor was hired and the job started. In the midst of the process we discovered a need for a rather simple but crucial concrete pad to be installed in the backyard to secure the condensers on. Several contractors came and disappeared. Others did not show up for the appointment.
> I knew David Houck from other occasions. In a stressful moment  and while the A/C work was still going on, called Houck Construction, Inc., spoke with the COO (Gene) who made arrangement to see me on the same day. I visited the company, was received with warm hospitality, discussed the subject matter with the COO and his foreman(Kelly). Both true professionals. The foreman visited me in my house the next morning, plans were made, estimate provided, contract signed, deposit paid and work scheduled.
