With over 30 years of combined experience, Tony and Brian provide high quality craftsmanship that utilizes the latest in green technologies.

> At brazzon design studio, we've worked together on several projects with Brian and Tony at Treadlight Construction. Their work ethic and attention to detail is impeccable. And their highly dedicated work crew (who incidentally maintain an immaculate job site) is an added bonus. They offer competitive bids and have systems in place to meet deadlines. I highly recommend Treadlight. So much so that I hired them to build an addition to my own home. The quality and craftsmanship of their work forever transformed my home's curb appeal!

> Treadlight built us a brand new house - from ground up. Though there was an existing slab, they added to it to build our dream home! They worked cohesively with our architect, designer, and all other tradesmen to create beyond what we even hoped for! > Brian and Tony recently completed a remodel of our 30+ year old home in Encinitas.  They did an excellent job.  Both my husband and I are very pleased with their work.
> Every inch of our home was remodeled.  We reconfigured walls, added lots of built-ins, new kitchen and baths, new flooring and windows and customized each room.  Along the way, we made several changes to the plans.  Brian and Tony adjusted plans accordingly, never acting put out over modifications.  They offered innovated ideas and and were very mindful of costs.  Their crew was great (their tile installer was awesome!).  They saved us a lot of money by installing our wood floors themselves (which turned out beautiful).  They stayed in budget and communicated with us throughout the remodel, getting the entire project done in about 4 months.   We had to wait a few months to get on their schedule but so glad we did.
