**★★★★★ — Sarah Harris, March 2026**

> We recently had our kitchen and master bathroom remodeled with Kitchen Works. We worked with Yanina. I can honestly say the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
> Throughout the process, the level of professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship was outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and it was clear that they take pride in their work. They listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and brought our vision to life even better than we imagined.
> Our kitchen and main bathroom are beautiful and highly functional. The team was reliable, respectful of our home, and stayed on schedule, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When there were small problems or adjustments that needed to be made, they took them seriously and resolved them without fuss or drama.
> It’s not easy to find a contractor you can truly trust, but this team delivered on every level. We would absolutely return to Kitchen Works if we were to renovate a home in the future.

**★★★★★ — Susan Nullman, Nov. 2025**

> My designer and my contractor recommended Kitchenworks to design our kitchen for us. From the first meeting, Yanina was attentive, and guided us towards the design we were hoping for. She worked diligently to create a kitchen that is both beautiful and exceptionally functional. Our kitchen was delivered and installed on time. We could not be happier!

**★★★★★ — Michael Lechner, Jan. 2022**

> Highly recommend The Kitchenworks for your kitchen remodel. From start to finish, they make sure the process goes smoothly. Karen and the team communicate and sweat the details from design, delivery, installation, and product registration/rebates so that you don't have to. We are incredibly pleased.

> I can't say enough good things about Armand and The Kitchenworks. We were replacing a 29 year old Subzero refrigerator with a new Subzero in our condo. The previous owners had renovated the kitchen without replacing the refrigerator. We soon learned why. When our new refrigerator was delivered, neither the old one or the new one could easily be removed or installed due to the configuration of the kitchen. Armand was so professional, explaining that this was not a big problem, he would figure it out. And he did just that! He contacted a company that installed Subzeros in yachts and somehow after much work, we have our new refrigerator. Armand coordinated the whole operation seemlessly. Between dealing with the condo rules, the installers, and having new panels made and installed, I couldn't have asked for better service. I HIGHLY recommend Armand and The Kitchenworks!!

**★★★★★ — Judy Kella, Aug. 2020**

> Armand helped me with purchasing my Dacor double oven. He found a July promo That was going on which helped make my decision, so he’s up to date with the appliance companies and their promotions! I had a particular space I needed to fill and he made sure this oven would fit in it. Ordered the oven during Covid - they shipped it from GA, set up the install appnt, the installers Ric and Joel came the next day. They knew what they were doing and installed the oven without any complications. And they cleaned up after themselves! Job well done! Thank you all! I will use Kitchenworks again !

> I will start with the pros because there are absolutely NO cons. I had the good fortune of meeting Susan and The Kitchenworks after my house was badly damaged in hurricane Andrew. Our contractor brought her in to completely redo our kitchen and bathrooms. We loved her job so much and I was lucky when I found her contact when we decided to put in a completely new kitchen 27 years later. We had so much confidence in the family owned and run company that we never tried to get any other estimates. It was a much more trying and difficult job this time due to the pandemic but the completion date given to us at the very beginning came to fruition almost to the day. We always knew where we stood with timing of delivery and installers, pricing, when payments were due, etc.
> We decided to have Kitchenworks do all of our appliances, including installation. This gave us confidence in proper damage-free installation and extended warranty. Also perfectly done!
> It was just a very comfortable job in every way, including any contact we had with Susan, Yanina, Maria in the office and the extremely competent and accommodating installers.
> It was a perfect blend of the finest professionalism and friendly people offering incredible input that in the end turned out a magnificent kitchen. Without their knowledge and kind way of making suggestions, our kitchen could never look the way it does. Every detail worked together.
> Our home is in the south part of Miami and the business is in Sunrise but Susan made sure to personally make several trips to our home to be sure every measurement and installation was done correctly to the fraction of an inch. The distance she had to travel and the pandemic did not stop her and sometimes Yanina or Maria joining her from ensuring a perfect end to our beautifully planned kitchen.
> You often here about how difficult and trying remodeling can be in South Florida. If you want to avoid the headaches and actually totally enjoy your next remodeling, like we did, use Susan and her fabulous people to do your job. You will love the process and more importantly end up with more than you ever expected.

**★★★★★ — MICHELLE STEIN, May 2020**

> Top-notch service and quality from choosing appliances through installation. Highly, highly recommend. This is the place to go to make an informed decision about your high-end appliance and is a must if you have any kind of cabinetry modification. Armand, Ric and Joel are all wonderful to work with!

**★★★★★ — Gloria Reese, April 2020**

> My old KitchenAid refrigerator was showing signs of extreme distress in the middle of the coronavirus stay-at-home order. I needed to replace it as quickly as possible and phone shopping was the best I could do. I quickly learned that I could not count on delivery of another KitchenAid for at least another month, so Armand at Kitchenworks recommended a Subzero. I needed a built-in model with freezer on the bottom so my options were limited. It's a beautiful refrigerator and it was delivered within three days. It's much quieter than the KitchenAid and roomier inside even though it is the same size. Kitchenworks did a good job for me.

**★★★★★ — Joy Dorfman, Nov. 2019**

> The Kitchenworks exceeded all my expectations in designing and installing my kitchen! From the design aspect, selection of materials and appliances, to the actual configuration of the cabinetry, The Kitchenworks did a flawless job. Most importantly, their response time to questions and concerns that I had were dealt with immediately and always with a smile. Even after the project was completed The Kitchenworks continue to help me with questions about my new appliances even to the extent of sending over a chef to help me prepare my first meal in the amazing Wolf steam oven. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about great design, seamless installation and wonderful customer service!

**★★★★★ — HU-581870270, Nov. 2019**

> The team at Kitchenworks is outstanding. Great sales experience. Professional and timely installation. They even made sure I got all my rebates. When I encountered an issue with a product I didn’t buy from them, they helped with that as well. Very pleased.

**★★★★★ — Karen Cluff, May 2019**

> The customer service provided by Armand was excellent. He directed me to an equally professional appliance installer. I had a challenging install and between Armand and Chris from ProAppliance, the finished product is beautiful. Thank you.

**★★★★★ — Charles White, May 2019**

> Fair, competent and courteous. The KitchenWorks staff made our dreams come true. Armand, is a whiz at appliances. He suggested solutions that not only saved us money but made our kitchen POP. What company would do that? Fair and honest. Do not hesitate to work with the KW team!

The dark walnut finish on the cabinets, hood, ceiling, shelving and pantry door adds warmth to the white space. This striking contrast adds life to the scene. Moreover, the top shelf and under cabinet lighting also add an inviting element that gives the kitchen a homey atmosphere.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Miele full surface induction** *(in Appliances)*

Miele has release at the IFA full surface induction hobs in 50, 60 and 90cm. The 36" 90cmm unit can control 6 pans. Here's the full press release.
Unchallenged cream of the cream among hob units: full-surface induction represents untold freedom when it comes to cooking. Up to six pots, pans and even casserole dishes can be positioned anywhere on the hob unit and even moved around. And induction cooks fast, is sparing in its use of electricity, and an induction hob is easy to clean. All these benefits combine on top models from the new KM 7000 generation of hob units in a most impressive way – tested to last 20 years and at an attractive price. Two further clever details: Thanks to a new printing process, pots and pans slide virtually noiselessly and smoothly over the surface of the hob unit. And ring settings travel automatically with the pot. The market launch is scheduled for April 2019.

A: Dan, would you be interested in writing for our blog? PM me for more details.

**Q: Miele Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer at IFA 2018** *(in Laundry Room)*

**Q: Liebherr vs Subzero 36 Buil-in Refridgerator** *(in Appliances)*

I am looking at buying a 36" built-in refrigerator with bottom freezer. Considering the Sub-zero or Liebherr (many of the other models are too tall for me). Given the price difference I am leaning towards the Liebherr. Any advice, particularly on storage in the fridge area. Shelves on Liebherr look a bit cramped for tall items.

A: Both are great refrigerators overall. Couple key differences you want to keep in mind:
-Liebherr units are usually 80" tall in that width, while Sub-Zero's entire line-up is 84" high.
-Liebherr units are a bit ahead in the "Green" game, with efficient and eco-friendly R600 refrigerant. Eventually it is likely everyone will switch to this refrigerant, but Liebherr was one of the first to adopt it across the line-up.
-Due to simply volume alone, Sub-Zero's service network is going to be wider and more reliable than Liebherr's. (That is not saying you can't get Liebherr service, it's just overall, nationwide, SZ service is likely to be better reach and response)
-Liebherr's ice maker is on top drawer, while on the SZ IT-36 units the icemaker is in the bottom drawer.
The Liebherr units are made in Germany and they also make some of the smaller refrigerator and wine units for Miele as well. Their refrigerators are priced very fairly considering their build quality and engineering. The Sub-Zero units will be made in Madison, WI and are of very high quality. Both have the same 12 year warranty on sealed system parts. Sub-Zero's customer service level is second-to-none at the moment.
Here's some videos on Sub-Zero's and Liebherr units we've done in the past:

**Q: Best double oven range under $10,000** *(in Appliances)*

I would like it to be mostly gas, but also have the option for a section to be induction and also at least 24 inch flat top. I cook probably more than I drive so it’s something that needs to last and not heat up the house all day, or at all. Any suggestions? I don’t care what it looks like as much as how versatile it is. Any suggestions? Space is not an issue.

A: You're looking for a combination of modules and under counter ovens. In a all-in-one range configuration this doesn't really exist. La Cornue would probably do this in their top line suite, but that range would be minimum of 45k.

**Q: Home warranty and my Kitchen Range...** *(in Appliances)*

Hello there... I currently have a Dynasty 30" Range that recently cooked its last meal, and the parts are no longer available. My home warranty only provides GE products for replacement and paid installation and has selected a GE Slide-In Front Control Convection Oven as a comparable. My other option is to take $980 and go purchase something on my own (about 1/2 of the replacement value).
These don't feel comparable to me in quality or aesthetic, but I could use some help in describing these differences persuasively to the home warranty company. From their perspective, I am getting more...
If I were to take the cash, suggestions on a comparable replacement? I really enjoyed my Dynasty -- and don't have $5k to invest. I am attaching a picture of my kitchen for context - while I may engage in remodeling in the next few years, it won't be this one.
I am also concerned about what to do about the lack of steel stub on the GE replacement-- as the tile stops at the edge on each side. Ideas for an easy fix if I take the replacement, or in general?

Thank you!

A: Bluestar does make a great range, they are correct. Specs match-up too. Only reason I didn't include it in my list is that I've always found working with the people at Bluestar to be difficult. This may be the reason they've bounced from distributor to distributor as well.

**Q: DCS - 30" Gas Cooktop - Stainless steel Model: CDV2-304H-N** *(in Appliances)*

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with DCS - 30" Gas Cooktop - Stainless steel Model: CDV2-304H-N or any DCS Gas Cooktops. I am thinking of replacing my cooktop with this unit but couldn't find any info regarding reviews, and mixed feedbacks about this company's service.
Any information is greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Kiet

A: That cooktop is not bad at all for the money. Nice design, good btu's, etc. Yes DCS/FP service is not the best out there, but a gas cooktop should be a low incident machine. I prefer the Wolf or Viking gas cooktops myself. Both of those are a couple hundred dollars more though.
