## Community Q&A

**Q: Has anyone used restoration hardware faucets?** *(in Building a Home)*

We put restoration hardware faucets (made by newport brass) in our new home. The plumber constantly moaned about how many parts these faucets came in and he managed to mess up the stoppers on five of them and we had to replace two of the hot water assemblies on the bathtub faucets. We are in the house now and several handles (multiple)are loose on the regular faucets and the bathtub handheld shower is now leaking into our crawlspace. The plumber is coming tomorrow. Has anyone got experience with these faucets or newport brass? Did you have problems with them???

A: Having issues with RH Modern line of supply lines.  Our plumber has been out 4 times--the first 3 the guys had no idea what they were doing but they seem to have been installed properly the 4th time and we have leaks coming from the supply lines again.  Any tips???
