> I can’t even describe how poorly we were treated with this business and the owner Stephanie (Sensitive Information Hidden).  On June 13, 2025 we delivered a very large check ( over $20,000.) as a deposit to start our kitchen remodel, and were given a start date for September, 2025.  Well the date came and went with so many “Stories” as to why nothing was started.  Then came October, November,December and more excuses.  She said she would return our deposit payment.  Well, a check was made out for $20,000.00 plus bounced.  We involved Derry, NH police department end of November, early December.  Well,  a bank check was delivered to us Monday, December 15 and it was good.  Word to the wise, STAY AWAY from this company.

> We agreed to a cabinet project with Solid Advantage in July, and they required a 50% deposit upfront — over $10,000. We also incurred several hundred dollars in additional charges throughout the process.

> After weeks of coordinating, they canceled the installation an hour before the appointment not once, but twice. You would expect the second attempt to be handled better, but it wasn’t. After that second last-minute cancellation, we requested a refund. It has now been over a month, and we still have not received our money back, nor have we received any meaningful communication or updates from them.

> We have used them twice and recommended them to two other people. The first time we used them in 2010 it was flawless. In 2018 everything that could have gone wrong did. The communication between the staff is horrible, your not a top priority when the job is going wrong. They blame all of the outside companies that they outsource too, never any accountability. The two other people that I had recommended them too have had major issues also which has caused them a lot stress and anxiety along with money to have issues fixed by other more reputable companies. Stay away from them.

> I hired Solid Advantage for some appliance install work. Not only did they not complete the job; they wanted more money to complete from a fixed price contract. I since went elsewhere and turns out everything they did needed to be undone and installed properly..from proper spacing, to wiring, to duct work. Will not use again.

> Just worked with Solid Advantage to design and install a new kitchen.  I found them very professional and creative.  During the installation if anything wasn't perfect they suggested not installing it and reordering if necessary.  It was up to me but they have master finish carpenters who do an amazing job.  They would never install anything that wasn't a perfect fit.  We all know it isn't easy to have a contractor working in our home and to have a temporary kitchen in most every room of the house, but I actually looked forward to them working there.  Very nice and personable contractors and always cleaned up every day.  This is a company you can trust for great design, quality workmanship, and getting the kitchen/bath you dreamed of.
