Commonwealth Restorations has been a leader in the construction and remodeling industry in Arlington for more than 45 years.  In addition to providing excellent customer service, Commonwealth Restorations has been recognized by the Historical Affairs and Landmark Review Board and has been a recipient of their Preservation Design Awards.  Work has included the Balls-Sellers house, the Arlington Historical Center and the Barcroft community center.  
We are constantly striving to provide a high quality product to the customers we serve and to remain sensitive to the community and neighborhoods where we build.
We are proud to be a locally owned and operated business here in Arlington. Many of our employees also have lived and currently live in the county. We find it important to help the community that has helped us for almost 50 years and we often take part in local events such as the Arlington County Fair and the Tuckahoe Home & Garden Show.

> Horrible. Lack of professionalism. Josh, the owner, is a business man who could care less about your home. It seems that this firm is more concerned with getting your money. Also, I had their subs complain to me about not getting paid 10's of thousands of dollars.

> Had a great experience with Commonwealth.  We had a quite an extensive project that included digging out a new basement.  Our original architectural drawings had some design flaws, but Commonwealth was able to correct and fix everything (we should have just gone to them first).  The team remodeled our house as if it was their own.  I cannot recommend them enough.
