If you are looking for a builder with a long experience and a solid track record, who cares about building a good quality product and make you happy, and -probably most importantly- who is honest, look no further. The whole team is professional, they don't try to cut corners, and they work with integrity. Our lot was steep and therefore difficult to build, yet Silverton managed to build a nice house that maximizes the view on the lake, both from the inside and outside. This company functions like a well oiled machine, with a proven process, a good and well established set of vendors and subcontractors, and an excellent "homefront" design office that helps you select the myriad of finishes required to make a house beautiful. Yet they are also very flexible when you want to change the original design throughout the construction process.
