> Poor post sales customer support in regards to follow-up via phone calls and email. Had asked Inland Flooring (Darrell) to help resolve some issues with wood flooring by filing a claim. I was told by the manufacturer that I had to initiate this claim thru the retailer (Inland Pacific Flooring). I tried to initiate however very poor follow-up by Inland. They kept on using excuse "...Oh, its' been really crazy around here... haven't got to it yet...".

> When putting new floors in our house we found a treasure in this family owned and operated business. In January of 2013 we went searching for flooring to put in our living room that was reasonably priced and fit our high expectations. We finally found it with Inland Pacific. The owner was willing to show us every kind of product that matched our description, and the prices were great. May of 2013 our house flooded, making it necessary to put new floors throughout the house. When we went back to Inland Pacific we learned that our flooring was discontinued and there was not more. We tried with another dealer in town, but that was an awful experience and they sold us the wrong click pattern (so the previous flooring and the new flooring would not fit together even though they were the same product). The owner at Inland Pacific finally called us one day and said she remembered that we needed more flooring and she just had a return from another customer of our exact flooring. We went and purchased it immediately, but were unable to take it with us. Of course this was no problem with them and they stored it for us for about three weeks until we could pick it up. The service we received was exceptional! I highly recommend Inland Pacific Flooring because I know the customer will always have a great experience.
